How Do I Book?

Booking is super easy. Just find the package that you’d like to book and complete the enquiry form below. When confirming your booking we ask for a small deposit of £20 to secure the date, with the remaining balance to be settled on the day of your event. For last-minute bookings full payment will be required upfront.

How do I pay for my booking?

All payments will need to be paid via bank transfer, including deposits. We’ll share our payment details with you when confirming your booking.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Ampthill, Central Bedfordshire and typically cover a 15-mile radius from here. For events outside of this range, we charge a small delivery fee of £20. Some of the most common areas we service include but are not limited to Bedford, Milton Keynes, Olney, Newport Pagnell, Bletchley, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Shefford, Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, Henlow and Biggleswade.

Are you insured?

Absolutely, we are fully insured and hold public liability insurance up to £2 million. This ensures that we’re covered for any accidental damage or injury that may occur during the hire period, giving you complete peace of mind.

Is your bouncy castle safe?

Yes. Our bouncy castle has been PIPA inspected and the blower PAT tested. It’s fully approved for hire by a qualified third-party professional. We take safety seriously and ensure all equipment meets the highest standards before every hire.

Is the equipment clean?

Yes, all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before every hire. This includes a full deep clean and sanitisation of the bouncy castle, ball pit, all individual balls, and the soft play equipment. So everything arrives fresh, clean, and ready for our customers to enjoy.
