How do I pay for my booking?

All payments will need to be paid via bank transfer, including deposits. We’ll share our payment details with you when confirming your booking.

Are you insured?

Absolutely, we are fully insured and hold public liability insurance up to £2 million. This ensures that we’re covered for any accidental damage or injury that may occur during the hire period, giving you complete peace of mind. If you’re venue needs to see a copy of our insurance documents, please let us know when completing your booking and we’d be happy to provide a copy.

Is your bouncy castle safe?

Yes. Our bouncy castle has been PIPA inspected and the blower PAT tested. It’s fully approved for hire by a qualified third-party professional. We take safety seriously and ensure all equipment meets the highest standards before every hire.

Is the equipment clean and do you setup and pack down the equipment?

Yes, all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before every hire. This includes a full deep clean and sanitisation of the bouncy castle, ball pit, all individual balls, and the soft play equipment. So everything arrives fresh, clean, and ready for our customers to enjoy. We also handle all of the delivery, setup and packing down for you. We typically look to arrive approximately 45-minutes before the start and end of your event so you get full use of your hire time.
