What areas do you cover?

We’re based right here in Ampthill and deliver to venues and homes across the town. We also serve the surrounding villages such as Flitton, Maulden and Clophill, so if your event is nearby and you’re unsure, just get in touch and we’d be happy to help.

How do I pay for my booking?

At the moment, all bookings are paid via bank transfer. Once you’ve confirmed your date we’ll send across our payment details for both the deposit and the remaining balance. It’s nice and quick, secure, and easy.

Are you insured for parties and events?

Absolutely. We currently have full public liability insurance up to £2 million. Some venues like to see proof of this, so if that’s the case, just let us know and we’ll send over a copy when you book.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Yes, our bouncy castle is professionally inspected and certified by a third-party. It meets all UK safety standards, and even includes a PIPA inspection for the inflatable and a passed PAT test for the blower.

Is it clean and do I need to collect the equipment?

All of our soft play equipment undergoes a full deep clean before every hire. That includes sanitising the soft play pieces, which includes the ball pit and every single ball and the bouncy castle. Everything arrives fresh, clean, and ready for your event. We’ll handle delivery, setup and clear everything away when things come to an end. We generally look to get to you around 45-minutes before the start and end of your booking so you get the most value for money.
