Do you deliver to nearby villages like Westoning and Steppingly?

Yes absolutely. Flitwick and the surrounding villages is one of our most popular areas. Just drop us a message with your location, venue details and the timings and we’ll confirm our availability.

What payment options do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept payments via bank transfer. When you confirm your booking, a member of the team will share our payment information for your deposit with the remaining balance not needed until the day of your booking.

Are you insured - my venue needs to see coverage details?

Yes we are. We hold public liability cover up to £2m. If your venue would like us to share our details and a copy of our certificate please let us know when you book and we’ll be happy to get that sorted for you.

Do you clean the equipment regularly?

Yes, every item is cleaned and sanitised before it heads out to you and after every booking. That includes the ball pit, all the balls, soft play pieces, mats, and the inflatable itself.

Do I need to set things up?

Nope. No input needed. We’ll handle the delivery, setup and pack down for you. All we ask is that you allow enough time at the start and end of your venue hire for us to do what we need to do.
