How do I book you?

Simply choose your soft play package, complete the enquiry form, and pay a £20 deposit to confirm. The rest is due on the day, or full payment upfront if it’s a short-notice booking.

How can I pay?

To secure your booking, all payments including the deposit must be made by bank transfer. We’ll send you the details after confirmation.

Do you have insurance cover?

We are insured up to £2 million with public liability cover, giving you full peace of mind for any accidental damage or injury.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Our bouncy castle has passed a professional PIPA inspection and the blower is PAT tested. Everything is safety approved before each hire.

Is the equipment cleaned before use?

All of our equipment is cleaned before and after use. Delivery, setup, and collection are included in your booking for your convenience.
