Do you deliver to nearby villages?

Absolutely, we often deliver to places like Maids Moreton, Tingewick, and Padbury. If you’re not sure if you’re in the area then just get in touch and we’ll check it for you.

How do I pay for my booking?

At the moment we only take payment via bank transfer. Once we’ve confirmed your booking date and venue, we’ll send you our account details so you can pay your deposit with the remaining balance not due until the day of your event.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry public liability insurance up to £2 million. If your venue needs to see proof, just let us know and we’ll send it over to them directly on your behalf.

Do you clean everything before the hire?

Every single time. We deep clean and sanitise the ball pit, soft play shapes, mats and the bouncy castle so it’s fresh, safe and ready to go.

Do you take care of delivery, setup and collection?

We sure do! We’ll take care of everything. We aim to arrive about 45 minutes before your party starts and return after it finishes to pack everything away. Just remember to allow enough time during your hire period for us to pack up.
