Do you cover areas around Chesham too?

Yes, we regularly deliver to the surroundings towns and smaller villages. Drop us a message with your venues address and postcode and we’ll confirm if we can get to you. Most of the time its not a problem.

What payment options do you offer?

At the moment, we only accept bank transfers unfortunately. Once we’ve confirm your booking date and venue, we’ll send you our payment details so you can settle your deposit with the remaining balance not needed until the day of your event.

Are you insured?

We certainly are. We’ve got public liability cover in place up to £2 million and can send over the certificate if your venue needs to see it – we’re happy to provide this on your behalf.

How clean is the equipment?

Super clean! We deep clean all the soft play pieces, including ball pit and balls after every hire so it’s safe, fresh, and hygienic for your little ones to enjoy.

Will you deliver and set it up for us?

Yes absolutely. Delivery, setup and pack-away are included in every booking as standard. We’ll be there around 45 minutes before your event starts to get everything sorted. Just remember to leave enough time in your venue hire for us to clear down and pack away.
