How do I book?

Just choose your soft play package, complete the form, and you’re good to go! A £20 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day. Full payment is needed for last-minute requests.

How do I pay for my booking?

We accept payment by bank transfer only. This applies to deposits and final balances. Bank details will be shared during booking confirmation.

Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, our soft play hire is fully insured. We have public liability insurance up to £2 million, giving you complete peace of mind for your event.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Rest assured, our bouncy castle is PIPA inspected, the blower PAT tested, and everything is approved by qualified experts before each hire.

Is the soft play equipment clean and do you setup and pack away?

Yes, our team cleans every item thoroughly before and after each hire. We’ll also deliver, set up, and collect everything for you.
