Harpenden Soft Play Hire FAQs

Do you only cover Harpenden or do you cover the surrounding areas too?

Yes, we’re able to cover the surrounding towns and villages as well including but not limited to Wheathampstead and Redbourn. If you’re not sure, just message us or give us a call and we’ll be happy to confirm our availability.

How do I pay for the booking?

We only accept bank transfer at the moment, so once you’ve confirmed your booking and venue details we’ll share our payment information for your deposit, with the remaining balance not needed until the day of your booking.

Is the bouncy castle safe for younger children?

Yes it is. Our inflatable castle is PIPA tested by an external professional and the accompanying blower PAT tested. The castle isn’t a typical castle, its an 11×8 toddler castle so is best for children under 6 with no more than 5 at a time.

Is the equipment clean?

We clean and sanitise all of our equipment before every hire. That includes the bouncy castle, mats, ball pit, all the balls, soft play pieces and ride ons.

Is delivery included and will you setup?

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection is all included in your confirmed hire price. We’ll arrive around 45-minutes before the start and end of your venue hire time to set up and pack away.
