Do you cover the surrounding areas of Hemel Hempstead?

Yes we can cover the immediate surrounding areas including smaller towns and villages including Berkhamstead and some parts of St Albans. If you’re just outside town, it’s no problem, just let us know your postcode and we’ll check availability.

Will the equipment and bouncy castle be clean when it arrives?

Always. We take cleanliness seriously, especially when it comes to equipment for little ones. Everything is deep cleaned and sanitised before each hire, including the mats, ball pit, individual balls, soft play blocks and the inflatable itself.

How do I book and pay?

Once we confirm your booking details, we’ll send over everything you need to pay securely by bank transfer. We’ll also confirm your deposit amount for now with the remaining balance not needed until the day of your booking.

Is the bouncy castle checked and inspected?

Our inflatable is PIPA-certified, which means it’s been tested to official UK safety standards. The blower is PAT tested too – both inspections are completed by a qualified third-party. We’re happy to provide copies of our certificates if your venue needs them, just let us know when booking.

Do you handle the delivery, setup and collection?

Our team will arrive around 45-minutes before your event starts to set everything up safely. After the fun’s finished, we’ll be back about 45 minutes before your venue time ends to clear it all away. This way, you and your guests get maximum use without the rush.
