How do I book?

Booking couldn’t be easier, just pick your package, fill in your details, and we’ll confirm with a £20 deposit. The final balance is due on the day unless it’s a last-minute booking.

How do I pay?

Please ensure all payments, including the deposit, are made by bank transfer. We will provide bank details upon confirmation.

Are you insured?

We have full insurance in place, including public liability up to £2 million. This keeps you protected throughout your hire period.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Yes, the bouncy castle meets all safety regulations. It’s PIPA inspected and the blower PAT tested by an independent professional.

Do you clean the equipment and set everything up?

We take care of it all, including the cleaning before and after hire, as well as delivery, setup, and collection.
