Do you cover nearby villages?

We certainly do. We cover the surround areas including Old Stratford, Passenham, and Milton Keynes. If you’re just outside, just get in touch and we’ll quickly confirm if we can get to you, most of the time we can.

How do I pay?

At the moment, all bookings are paid via bank transfer. Once you’ve confirmed your hire date and venue details we’ll send across our payment information for your deposit with the remaining balance not needed until the day of your event.

Is your bouncy castle safe?

Our bouncy castle has been fully PIPA inspected and PAT tested by a third party. Your little ones safety is our biggest priority so all equipment is tested annually.

Is the equipment clean?

Yes, absolutely. The ball pit, all balls, inflatable, soft play shapes and mats are all deep cleaned and sanitised ready to go before each booking.

Is delivery and setup included in the rental price?

All of our packages include delivery, setup and collection as standard. So you can kick back and enjoy your day or little ones party knowing that everything is in hand. We arrive approximately 45-minutes before your start time.
