How do I book?

Booking your soft play hire is easy. Select your package, complete the form, and confirm with a £20 deposit. Final balance is paid on the day unless it’s a last-minute request.

How do I pay for my booking?

We’ll send our bank details once your booking is confirmed. All payments including the deposit must be made by bank transfer.

Are you insured?

We’re proud to offer a fully insured service, including public liability up to £2 million to cover any accidental damage or injury.

Is the bouncy castle safe and been tested?

Yes, all of our inflatables meet strict safety standards. The bouncy castle is PIPA inspected and the blower PAT tested ahead of every hire.

Do you clean the equipment and set it all up?

Yes, we clean all our equipment between every hire. Delivery, setup, and collection are all covered in your confirmed hire costs.
