What parts of Aylesbury do you cover?

We’re based in Central Bedfordshire but cover Aylesbury and the Eastern based surrounding villages. Whether you’re in Bierton, Hulcott or even Wingrave just drop us a message and we’ll confirm if we cover your area – most of the time we can and we’re happy to travel.

How do I pay for my booking?

Currently we only accept payments via a bank transfer. Once we’ve confirmed your booking details, we’ll send over our account information for you to pay your deposit, and any balance won’t be due until the day of your event.

Is your bouncy castle safe and can I hire it for outdoor use?

Yes. Our bouncy castle inflatable is fully PIPA inspected and the blower is PAT tested annually. However, our equipment can only be hired for indoor use unless its being used within a marquee tent and is protected from the weather.

Will the soft play equipment be cleaned before it arrives?

We clean all of our equipment thoroughly before every hire, including the bouncy castle, soft play pieces, ball pit and balls so that everything arrives fresh, hygienic, and ready for action.

Do you deliver, setup and take everything down?

We sure do. We arrive around 45-minutes before your hire start time so that we can get everything unloaded and setup for you. We’ll then come back at the end of your hire period and pack everything away for you.
