How do I pay for my booking?

At the moment, all payments are made via bank transfer. Once we’ve confirmed the details of your event, we’ll send over everything you need to make your deposit payment with the balance due on the day.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Definitely. It’s been PIPA tested and the blower is PAT tested too. Everything’s inspected by third-party professionals, so it’s all up to standard for safe play.

Is everything clean before it arrives?

Yes! Every item is cleaned thoroughly before each hire. The ball pit, balls, mats, and inflatable all get the full treatment so it arrives spotless. However, we are a popular hire business so there will be natural wear and tear.

Do I need to set it up myself?

Not at all, we handle all the setup and packing away. We usually aim to arrive around 45 minutes before your event begins. Just remember to allow enough time at the end of your event for us to clear down before you venue hire time expires.
