Dunstable Soft Play Hire FAQs

Do you cover the nearby areas and smaller villages?

Yes, we cover Dunstable but also the surrounding areas such as Houghton Regis and Totternhoe. If you’re unsure, just message us with your preferred date and times and we’ll be able to confirm. It’s usually no problem at all.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only take payments for bookings via a bank transfer. Once your date and venue has been confirmed we’ll send across our payment information for your deposit, with the balance not needed until the day of your event.

Do you have insurance?

Absolutely. We have public liability insurance up to £2 million. Some venues like to see confirmation of this, in which case just let us know when you book and we’ll be happy to pick things up with your preferred venue.

Is the equipment clean?

Yes. We deep clean everything before every hire, including the soft play, the ball pit, individual balls and even the inflatable and blower.

Is delivery and collection included in the hire price?

All of our packages include delivery, setup and collection so you don’t need to worry about a thing. Just let us know where we need to be and when, and we’ll be there.
