Do you just cover Hatfield?

We cover Hatfield and the immediate surround areas, including Colney Heath and Welham Green. If you’re unsure whether we cover your venue’s location, just contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm our availability.

How do I pay for my soft play booking?

We currently only accept payment for bookings via bank transfer. To confirm your booking date, we ask for a small £20.00 deposit with the balance not needed until the day of your event.

Are you ensured, my venue needs to see your coverage?

Not a problem. We’re fully insured and if your venue needs to see our insurance policy information that’s no problem at all. Just let us know when you book and we’ll handle the rest.

Is the bouncy castle safe and suitable for all children?

Yes our bouncy castle is safe. The inflatable is PIPA tested by a third party and all the associated electrical components PAT tested. Our castle is a toddler castle which measures approximately 11 x 8 ft and is suitable for children aged 6 and under.

Is everything clean and do I need to collect the equipment?

Yes, all of our equipment is cleaned before and after every use. That includes the inflatable, ball pit, individual balls, the soft play blocks and ride on toys. Your booking also includes setup, delivery and collection so we handle everything for you.
