How do I pay for my booking?

Currently, we’re only able to accept deposit and balance payments via bank transfer. When booking your package, we ask for a small £20.00 deposit to secure your date with the balance not needed until the day of your event.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have up to date public liability insurance for our equipment. If your venue needs to see proof of coverage, please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll be happy to provide the required information.

Is the inflatable equipment safe?

Yes, our bouncy castle is safe. The inflatable itself is PIPA tested and the associated electrical equipment PAT tested by a third party.

Do you clean the equipment and setup?

Yes, we clean all of our equipment before and after every hire. Included in your booking costs is the delivery, setup and collection of the soft play equipment so you can just sit back and relax.
