How do I pay for my booking?

Payments are made via bank transfer. This includes the deposit. We will send you our bank details once we confirm your booking.

Are you and the equipment insured?

Absolutely. We carry public liability insurance up to £2 million, offering reassurance for any accidental incidents during the hire period.

Is the bouncy castle safe for little ones?

Yes, the bouncy castle is PIPA tested and the blower has been PAT tested. We use qualified third-party professionals to confirm everything is safe for hire.

Is the equipment cleaned and do you setup for us?

Yes, every piece of equipment is cleaned before and after it’s hired. We also take care of delivery, setup, and collection as part of your booking.
