How do I book?

Our booking process is super straightforward. Find your package, fill out the form, and secure your date with a £20 deposit. If your booking is last-minute, we’ll ask for the full payment upfront.

How do I pay for the booking?

Once we confirm your booking, we will share our bank details. All payments, including deposits, must be made via bank transfer.

Are you properly insured?

We’re fully insured with public liability cover of up to £2 million, so you’re protected in the event of accidental injury or damage.

Is the bouncy castle safe and tested?

Safety comes first. Our bouncy castle is fully PIPA inspected, the blower is PAT tested, and all equipment is approved by a qualified professional.

Is the equipment cleaned and do you handle the setup?

All our soft play items are cleaned before and after every hire. Delivery, setup, and collection are all included, making things easy for you.
