How do I book you?

To book, simply choose your package and send us your details via the form below. A £20 deposit secures the date, and the rest is paid on the day. For urgent bookings, full payment is required in advance.

How do I pay for my booking?

All bookings must be paid by bank transfer. This includes the deposit. Our bank details will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

Are you properly insured?

For your peace of mind, we have full public liability insurance up to £2 million. This covers any accidents or damage that might occur during the hire.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

You’re in safe hands. The bouncy castle is PIPA tested and the blower PAT tested. We always have our equipment checked and approved by a professional.

Is the equipment cleaned and do you set everything up?

We clean all our equipment both before and after your event. Delivery, setup, and collection come included.
