How do I book?

Booking with us is quick and easy. Pick your preferred package and complete the form. We’ll take a £20 deposit to confirm, and the balance is due on the day unless it’s a last-minute booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments must be completed via bank transfer. This includes any deposit. We’ll send over the bank details once your booking is confirmed.

Do you have insurance?

Our service includes full public liability insurance up to £2 million, so you’re in safe hands throughout your hire.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Yes, our equipment is inspected and approved by qualified third-party professionals. The bouncy castle has a current PIPA test and the blower is PAT tested.

Do you clean the soft play equipment?

We make sure everything is spotless before and after each hire. Booking with us also includes delivery, setup, and collection.
